Who am I?
My name is David Schmidgall and I am a follower of Jesus Christ. I have been married to my wife Alison for 20 years. We are homeschoolers, entrepreneurs and church planters with a passion for family-first discipleship and Christ-centered servant leadership. Our family is part of a small church plant and we publish children books as part of our homeschooling education.
My professional career spans three decades and includes leadership positions in information technology and executive management in the manufacturing sector.
Life transformation is often born out of pressure and pain. Learning to recover well is a cornerstone trait of success, and while it sounds counter-intuitive, those who fail well often finish well when it is accompanied by clarity of purpose, vision and values.
Cultivating servant leaders and supporting servant-led organizations is what gets me excited to put both feet on the ground every morning. OK that plus a great cup of coffee!
